- Garden: Winter time: 9:30 -4-30, Summer 9:30 to 7:30 (Top gardens are open when the gardeners are on duty)
- Building: Monday - Friday 10am - 1pm & 2pm - 5pm(last entry at 4:30pm). Saturday 10am - 1pm & 2-4pm(last entry 3:30pm)
- There is a €5 cover charge per person to see the exhibits in the building. There is no charge for children under 10, also there are family rates available
- Closed Sundays and Bank Holidays apart from special events
